January is about muted colors and warmth for me, because I want color to seep into my winter — my Floridian-ness means that winter really negatively affects my temperament. I want to remember not to magnify problems too much, to settle into the pure joys of maintaining good habits and my values. To love people. And, of course, to get back into art projects.

Image-wise, I’ve drifted more lately towards images with stories rather than simple aesthetics.
